PANTOS Logistics (President: Bae Jae-hoon), the largest logistics business in Korea was ranked 26th in terms of sales in 2010 on the list of global 3PL (third-party logistics) businesses announced by Armstrong & Associates of the U.S. According to the report, PANTOS Logistics recorded $2,972 million in sales in 2010, up one notch from last year's 27th position.
PANTOS Logistics was also ranked 7th in terms of sales ($1,572 million in 2010) in Global Freight Forwarding 2011 announced by Transport Intelligence, an influential U.K. logistics research business, which started its website service in May. Thus, PANTOS Logistics became the only Korean logistics business that made the top 10 list. Transport Intelligence announces the ranks based on global businesses' sales and transportation volume.
