LX Pantos CEO Lee Yong-ho Salutes
HVAC Technicians Amid Extreme Heat
- Recognizing 1,200-plus partner technicians for their dedication amid extreme heat
Recently, LX Pantos CEO Lee Yong-ho extended a gesture of appreciation to the technicians responsible for installing air-conditioning systems. In light of this summer’s unprecedented heatwave and peak demand for air-conditioning services, CEO Lee recognized the challenging conditions these professionals faced and provided a surprise gift to acknowledge their dedication to customer satisfaction.
According to LX Pantos, CEO Lee distributed mobile carrier gift cards to 1,222 air conditioner installation technicians. Each gift card, valued at KRW 50,000, was sent directly to the technicians via text message, accompanied by a personal note of gratitude and encouragement from the CEO.
The unexpected gesture was warmly received by the technicians. “Amidst the relentless heat, receiving such a considerate gift was incredibly moving,” said Park Byung-joo, a 51-year-old technician at LX Pantos. “I deeply appreciate the thoughtful act and support from the company.”
The initiative is part of LX Pantos’s ongoing efforts to support its technicians and partner companies. Previously, the company had provided mobile cafés and distributed bottled water during the hottest months of the year, receiving positive feedback from all those involved.
